At APG Packaging, we strive for perfection in every beauty container we deliver; however, if your order does not meet your specific requirements, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused, wholesale merchandise. Please ensure all items remain in their original industrial packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Request
Contact our client success team with your order number and specific details regarding the components you wish to return.
Receive RMA
Once approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the necessary shipping instructions for our warehouse.
Secure Packaging
Pack the cosmetic containers securely in their original boxes to prevent breakage during transit, clearly marking the RMA on the exterior.
Inspection & Refund
Our quality control team will inspect the batch for integrity, and upon approval, a refund or credit will be issued to your account within 7-10 business days.
